What is a Backorder?
An order for a product which is temporarily out of stock with us but we procure them on demand.
Backorders are mostly shipped within 2 to 3 working days depending on our ordering schedule.
When will my order be shipped?
All INSTOCK orders placed before 2pm are shipped on the same day, orders after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day.

Do you provide warranty?
Since we sell only “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Products We do not provide any kind of warranty. Some products may be available for warranty by manufacturer and it will be exclusively mentioned on the product page itself.
I have purchased from your site and it has been more than a week and I still haven’t received the product. How can I track my order?
It means your order contains backorder item(s). Backorder items need to be procured/ imported before we can ship your order.
If your order is already shipped please contact the respective carrier/courier who will be delivering your shipment. Please refer the tracking page for courier details.
