Shipping Schedule
All IN-STOCK orders placed before 2pm are shipped on the same day, orders after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day.
All Orders will be Shipped through our Shipping Partner “THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS”. if order is not serviceable through our courier partner, then we keep the right to cancel the order from our side. However, we will try our best and help to dispatch the order through other courier services, But customer will have to bear the additional charges occurred.
15kg and above weight orders will be dispatched through VRL TRANSPORT or TCI EXPRESS.
Backorders are mostly shipped within 2 to 3 working days.

Backorder is an Order which is temporarily out of stock with us but we procure them on demand.
Backorders are mostly shipped within 2 to 3 working days depending on our ordering schedule.
Backorder delivery schedule will be intimated via Email by our support team as soon the order is processed.
Cancellations
Once Orders are placed and payment is completed, there is NO option to cancel the orders by you.
(Since our back-end team will be working hard to supply the material on time to you, by managing the procurement/Supply chain, we regret to inform you that we have disabled this functionality for now and we hope to add the cancellation feature in near future. We are Sorry for the inconvenience caused.)
Our Cancellation Criteria
- Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
- In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on burnerbazaar.in.
- Unavailability of products – in exceptional cases, if a product runs “out of stock” with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.
- If area falls under “Non Serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled.
- Suspected fraudulent information.
